Rachel Saunders

Rachel is a Private Client solicitor at Forrester Sylvester Mackett in Old Town Swindon. She deals with estate and trust administration, the preparation of wills and Powers of Attorney, capital tax advice and court of protection matters.

Rachel is originally from Shropshire but moved to the South West to begin her training in 2001. She trained in Weston Super Mare specialising in Criminal and Family matters before qualifying and settling into Private Client work at a firm in Swindon. She is now very firmly settled in Wiltshire and a great fondness for Swindon and it’s people.

Rachel believes that it is vital for the future of the profession that Solicitors work together in a fast moving and ever changing legal arena. It is important to see that high standards are upheld and that new Solicitors are supported and welcomed by the profession.

In her spare time Rachel loves just being with her young family and venturing into the great outdoors.
